The platform functions as a supporting tool: the AI does not perform medical diagnoses or make treatment decisions. All medical acts remain reserved for BIG-registered professionals. Does Triagen comply with ISO27001 and NEN7510?

Triagen is actively working towards ISO27001 and NEN7510 certification, with August 2026 as the target certification date. A Letter of Intent confirming our certification path is available on request. The technical measures are already largely in place: all health data is stored and transmitted encrypted (AES-256 and TLS 1.3), hosted within the European Union, and processed in compliance with GDPR. Where is data stored and who has access?

All data is stored on secure servers within the European Union, in compliance with GDPR requirements. Access is strictly role-based: only authorized healthcare providers can access patient data. Triagen employees do not have access to medical records. We follow the principle of data minimization and do not retain data longer than necessary. A data processing agreement is available for all organizations working with Triagen.

Is our data used to train the AI?
